What you'll do

Architect Agentic Demo Builds: Lead the shift toward "Prompt-to-Demo" workflows, from Atlas mockups to in-product demos with Apollo. You will build and continuously improve AI agents to automate the generation of data stories, UI screens, and configurations from simple business requirements.
Elevate Field Delivery & Enablement: Create "Self-Service" agentic tools that allow Sales Reps and Solution Engineers to "chat" with a demo environment. These agents will generate custom talk-tracks, executive summaries, and personalized pitch decks on demand, ensuring every pitch is "Gold Standard.". Drive adoption through enablement and iterate based on user feedback.
Master the AI Demo Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end development**, release, and ongoing improvement** of our most strategic AI demo tools and assets. This includes identifying the highest-impact demo opportunities across pre-sales, prioritizing features, building solutions, and leading technical configuration and QA. Work with Product and engineering partners to evolve these tools alongside the Celonis platform.
Scale Through Automation: Identify repetitive manual tasks in the demo lifecycle-from data cleaning to screen setup-and build AI-driven tools/orchestrations to reduce manual effort and demo creation time.
Creative AI Storytelling: Use generative tools to translate complex data into visionary C-level narratives, ensuring our automated assets maintain a human-centric, high-impact quality.

Requirements

What we're looking for

The Builder DNA: You are a natural "problem solver through automation." You have hands-on experience building tools that help others succeed and a preference for building a scalable "generator" over manually fixing a single screen.
1.5+ Years of Experience: Professional experience in Value Engineering, Applied AI, Solution Engineering, Demo Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a similar "Product-adjacent" role.
Technical Baseline: A hunger to learn new technologies and hands-on proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or a comparable programming language. You should be comfortable working with data, integrating AI models and APIs, and debugging the tools you build.
Strategic Storyteller: The ability to identify high-impact use cases and take complex technical capabilities and turn them into a simple, value-driven business story for an executive audience.
High Learning Velocity: The AI landscape moves fast; you must be excited to constantly experiment with new models, frameworks, and prompting techniques.

Cloud Platforms & Workflows: Experience building cloud-based workflows or applications using services such as Microsoft Azure and Azure Blob Storage.
Software Development & Delivery: Experience with GitHub, version control, deployment workflows, and maintaining web applications used by others.
