The opportunity to participate in a strategic project for Brico Depôt Iberia, with a direct impact on our customers' experience and on business growth.
You will have the possibility to build and develop a new Services model, from its definition to its implementation in-store, working cross-functionally with different teams of the company.
A challenge in which you can combine strategy, business, customer experience, and execution to transform the way we help our customers make their projects a reality.
Are you passionate about transforming services into experiences that truly facilitate customer projects?
At Brico Depôt, we want to help our customers make their renovation projects a reality, not just by offering them the products they need, but by facilitating the entire journey to carry them out.
That is why we are looking for a Customer Project Development Manager to lead the design and development of our Services model in Iberia, starting with key areas such as Installation, Transport, and Financing.
If you are motivated by building new models from scratch, improving the customer experience, and turning services into a true lever for growth, this challenge could be for you.
Design, develop, and implement the Brico Depôt Iberia integral Services model, creating a simple and valuable experience for our customers and, at the same time, an efficient, scalable, and profitable operating model for the business.
You will work cross-functionally to connect customer, stores, processes, technology, and the economic model, accompanying the project from its design to its implementation and continuous improvement.
Define the Services value proposition, designing the customer journey and the customer experience.
Build the economic model of the services, working on pricing, costs, margins, and business cases.
Design efficient and scalable processes, coordinating with Stores, Master Data, Finance, and other areas of the company.
Define the structure necessary to operate the model: roles, governance, capabilities, and responsibilities.
Lead the identification and definition of the technological needs that allow services to be developed and scaled.
Establish KPIs, reporting, and control mechanisms to measure performance and detect opportunities for improvement.
Design customer listening and feedback mechanisms that allow the experience to evolve continuously.
Drive the implementation of the model in-store, supporting teams and leading the first tests and pilot stores.
Analyze results, identify opportunities, and prepare recommendations and strategic presentations to drive the evolution of the model.
With a strong customer orientation, constantly asking yourself how we can make carrying out a renovation project easier.
With an entrepreneurial mindset, feeling comfortable facing a blank sheet of paper and being able to turn an idea into a concrete and actionable model.
With strategic vision, but also with the desire to be close to the ground and make things happen.
Making decisions based on data and always seeking the balance between customer experience, operational simplicity, and profitability.
And working cross-functionally, generating commitment among different areas and building solutions together.
If you are looking for a project where you can build, test, learn, and transform, we want to meet you.
Apply now and help us make our customers' projects easier and easier
