What you'll do

We are looking for a Product Transition Project Manager for the Cantabria Labs group,

The mission of the Product Transition Project Manager is to lead the repack and reformulation projects of our portfolio, whether they respond to marketing strategy, supply incidents, or regulatory changes. Coordinate all involved areas so that each product transition is executed on time, cost, and quality, with continuity of supply, minimal obsolescence, and a correct reflection in the systems.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Main objective: Lead repack and reformulation projects from launch to closure: definition of scope, milestone planning, assignment of responsible parties, and progress monitoring.

  • Plan and execute the phase-out / phase-in of each transition: sales cut-off dates, last manufacturing of the outgoing SKU, first manufacturing of the incoming one, and depletion of materials and finished product.
  • Identify and manage risks for each project (stockouts, obsolescence, supply, regulatory blocks), proposing mitigation plans and escalating when necessary.
  • Supervise the inventory of materials and finished product affected by transitions to minimize destruction and accounting provisions for obsolescence.
