As a stock clerk at our store, you'll be part of the operations team responsible for keeping products available, accessible, and well presented. You'll directly help our customers find what they're looking for and have a positive shopping experience.

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Stocking and product placement: You'll place merchandise on shelves following display, rotation, and safety guidelines, making sure prices and labels are correct.
2. Maintaining the sales floor: You'll keep aisles and display areas clean, tidy, and safe, removing damaged or expired products.
3. Inventory management: You'll help with receiving and checking merchandise, verifying delivery notes, organizing the stockroom, and communicating restocking needs.
4. Customer service: You'll help customers who need assistance in the store, guiding them to product locations and supporting them with simple questions or requests.
5. Following safety rules: You'll follow internal guidelines for risk prevention, use of protective equipment, and safe handling of merchandise.

Part-time position with flexible hours. Contract under current legislation and benefits package: health insurance, wellness support, daily fruit, and training and development opportunities.

Tus responsabilidades principales incluirán:

1. Reposición y ubicación de productos: Colocarás mercancía en estanterías siguiendo los criterios de exposición, rotación y seguridad, asegurando que los precios y etiquetas sean correctos.
2. Mantenimiento del lineal: Mantendrás los pasillos y zonas de exposición limpios, ordenados y seguros, retirando productos dañados o con fecha de caducidad vencida.
3. Gestión de stock: Colaborarás en la recepción y control de mercancía, verificando albaranes, organizando el almacén y comunicando las necesidades de reposición.
4. Atención al cliente: Ayudarás a las personas que lo necesiten en tienda, orientando sobre ubicaciones de productos y apoyando con pequeñas consultas o solicitudes.
5. Cumplimiento de normas de seguridad: Seguirás las pautas internas de prevención de riesgos, uso de equipo de protección y manipulación segura de mercancía.
