What you'll do

During your internship, you will provide support to the team in different areas:

  • Support with inquiries related to labor law and Social Security.

  • Collaboration in the daily management of labor situations: leaves of absence, work-life balance, disciplinary measures, and other processes within the area.

  • Support in monitoring the labor relations of our work centers.

  • Support in the relationship and monitoring of legal worker representation and Works Councils.

  • Participation and learning in collective bargaining processes.

  • Support in the control and monitoring of time registration and effective working time.

  • Collaboration in the review and preparation of labor calendars.

  • Support in the preparation and monitoring of remuneration records.

  • Preparation of information and reporting for Labor Relations and Personnel Administration.

👀 What are we looking for?

  • Student of Labor Relations, Law, or other similar degrees.

  • Possibility of formalizing an internship agreement with a university or study center.

  • Interest in developing a professional career in Labor Relations and Human Resources.

  • Organized, rigorous person with a desire to learn.

  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.

  • Good command of office tools, especially Excel.

  • Eagerness to participate, ask questions, and contribute ideas.

We are not looking for you to arrive knowing everything. We are looking for a desire to learn and curiosity to understand how the Labor Relations area works within a company with numerous work centers.

🧡 What will you find at Brico Depôt?

An environment in which you will be able to learn by doing, accompanying HR and Labor Relations professionals in real situations and projects.

You will be able to acquire a very complete vision of the area: labor law, personnel administration, working time, equality, worker representation, and collective bargaining.

We are committed to Equal Opportunities, diversity, and inclusion, promoting fair, objective, and transparent selection processes. We encourage applications from all individuals who meet the job requirements, regardless of gender, age, origin, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
