About the position

Purpose of the role

Development and monitoring of maintenance plans, troubleshooting and failure analysis, and implementation of countermeasures in the cell.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, implement and monitor preventive, predictive or other maintenance plans in the cell.
  • Handle changing and variable situations that may arise in the cell.
  • Failure analysis and root cause analysis, and search for solutions and reduction of failures. Determination and implementation of countermeasures.
  • Training of cell personnel.
  • Interact cross-functionally with other leaders and departments in order to achieve the overall goals of the cell.

 

 

Required qualifications and experience

Education, Master's degree, other qualifications:  

  • Technical / university education  

 

Experience (years):

  • At least two years working in the maintenance area in an industrial environment 

 

Languages:

  • English B2
