We are selecting a Maintenance Technician for our production Plant located in Burgos.

Reporting to the Plant Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for:

What you'll do

Executing corrective maintenance activities and those defined in the maintenance plans on time, with quality, and in the proper manner according to technical instructions, work orders, and the indications of the maintenance manager, and in accordance with Refresco Iberia's policies, regulations, and management systems, in order to ensure the reliability, performance, availability, and sustainability of the facilities, equipment, and auxiliary means.

  • Executing activities within the Preventive Maintenance Plan for the plant's critical machines and facilities, on time and with the required quality.
  • Complying with technical instructions for machinery maintenance.
  • Executing corrective maintenance activities in the plant, following the agreed and shared standards, processes, and procedures, in accordance with work orders, on time and with the required quality in order to minimize machine downtime, ensuring their correct operation with quality.
  • Analyzing and investigating the causes of incidents and breakdowns that occur in the machinery and that necessitate corrective maintenance.
  • Executing equipment inspection and assembly activities in accordance with work orders.
  • Maintenance, updating, and documentary management of equipment manuals.
  • Preparing incident reports.
  • Controlling the activities of external technical services in the plant, ensuring they comply with Refresco Iberia regulations.
  • Participating in the assembly of new production means and general plant facilities.
  • Participating in improvement group meetings (Kaizen, KPIs)
