Requirements

What we're looking for

Technical degree or ADE (Business Administration), as well as knowledge of Supply Chain or Logistics.
1 or 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Nice to have

Knowledge of supplies, inventory management, ERP (SAP), Microsoft Office, and basic WMS will be valued.

Languages

Upper-intermediate level of English.

What you'll do

If you like the world of Supply Chain and are looking for new challenges, this is your opportunity! We are looking for someone who can integrate into the La Cartuja factory. Your functions will be:

Issue, follow up, and claim orders and/or delivery plans from suppliers to cover the needs of production programs: date, quantity, etc.
Parameterization of materials for their correct management: MOQ, lead times, coverage, etc., avoiding shortages in production plans and overstock.
Request and process modifications to orders and/or delivery plans. Management of material phase in / out.
Analyze inventory data and propose improvements in logistical processes.
Automation of repetitive processes: Macros/Power Query, RPA, Power Automate, Python, and Power BI.
