Supply Chain Technician - Subcontracting

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Technical Architecture, Drafting, or similar.
• At least 2 years of experience in positions related to construction sites, installations, budgeting, contracting, or project management.

-Knowledge of construction and installations.

• Proficiency in Presto, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
• Good command of Excel.
• English level that allows you to operate in a professional environment.
• Planning and organizational capacity, attention to detail, and results orientation.
• Cost analysis capacity and the ability to anticipate possible deviations.
• Ease of working with suppliers, subcontractors, and different interlocutors.

• You will request, study, and compare supplier offers and quotes, ensuring their suitability for the specifications of each project.
• You will participate in the selection, hiring, and management of suppliers and subcontractors, monitoring them during the development of the works.
• You will manage orders, purchase orders, and the contracting of services, as well as the associated documentation.
• You will prepare sales quotes and perform price analyses and comparisons.
• You will participate in project planning, coordinating needs, suppliers, and deadlines.
• You will perform the economic monitoring of the works, controlling costs and anticipating possible deviations from the budget.
• You will manage the documentation necessary for the correct monitoring of each project.
• You will work in a coordinated manner with the different teams involved to ensure compliance with technical, economic, and deadline requirements.
