The role

Construction Manager CSA | Zaragoza Industrial Project

We are looking for a Construction Manager CSA to lead the execution of Civil, Structure, and Architecture in an ambitious industrial project near Zaragoza.

What you'll do

You will supervise the complete execution of the CSA packages, guaranteeing compliance with planning, budget, quality, and regulations. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage incidents, and ensure that each phase advances according to technical specifications.

What you will do

Manage tendering, contracting, and construction schedules
Lead internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Control budget and work progress
Perform periodic inspections and reports to Project Management
Guarantee regulatory and safety compliance
Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement

What we are looking for

✓ Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or technical discipline
✓ 8+ years in construction management and execution
✓ Experience in industrial projects with steel structures and precast elements
✓ Proficiency in BIM environments
✓ English C1
