The role

The General Manager of Industrialized Construction is a visionary and experienced leader in the sector, with a specialized focus on industrialized construction techniques and processes. This professional is responsible for directing and supervising all company operations, from strategic planning to project execution, including quality control and client satisfaction.

What you'll do

Establish and communicate the company's vision and strategy, ensuring that all employees understand and commit to the company's objectives.
Supervise and manage daily operations, including the planning, design, construction, production, and delivery of industrialized construction projects.
Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, partners, and other key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and innovation within the sector.
Monitor and control the company's financial performance, ensuring profitability and growth targets are met.
Implement and maintain quality and safety management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and applicable regulations.
Lead and develop the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market trends, keeping the company at the forefront of innovation in industrialized construction.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Proven experience in leadership positions within the construction industry, preferably in the field of industrialized construction.
Strong technical knowledge of industrialized construction techniques and processes, such as modular and prefabricated systems and advanced manufacturing technologies.
Demonstrated ability to direct and manage multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
Strong results orientation and analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in financial management and budgeting.
Knowledge of applicable industry regulations and standards, as well as best practices in quality and safety management.
