Job Offer: Construction Manager (CSA)

At Grupo INVOIN, we are looking for a Civil, Structures, and Architecture (CSA) Construction Manager to join a major industrial construction project. The selected person will be responsible for ensuring compliance with planning, economic control, quality, and correct execution of the lots corresponding to civil works, structures, and architecture.

We are looking for a profile with consolidated experience in construction works management, especially in industrial building, steel structures, and prefabricated structures, with the ability to coordinate teams, contractors, and suppliers and perform comprehensive monitoring of the execution on-site.

What you'll do

  • Supervise the execution of the Civil, Structures, and Architecture (CSA) lots, ensuring compliance with project documentation, technical specifications, and applicable regulations.
  • Perform periodic site inspections to verify the correct execution of the works.
  • Actively participate in the bidding process for the lots defined for the execution of the works.
  • Analyze and prepare detailed schedules, planning and assigning the necessary resources for the different phases of the project.
  • Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams, including internal staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Control project costs and perform the necessary monitoring to ensure compliance with the assigned budget.
  • Coordinate with the engineering, construction, and purchasing teams to ensure the alignment of the different activities with the general project planning.
  • Evaluate the impact of modifications on the scope, planning, or execution deadlines.
  • Identify and report deviations and incidents during execution, proposing solutions and corrective actions.
  • Supervise and prepare monitoring reports on the status of the planning, identifying progress, deviations, and potential risks.
  • Report to the Project Manager and keep the various project managers informed about the progress of the works.
  • Guarantee compliance with applicable regulations and the technical standards established for the project.
  • Resolve technical incidents and unforeseen events that may arise during the construction process.
