At Aldesa, we are looking to bring on board a Cost Technician to strengthen the economic control of our civil works construction projects.

What you'll do

The selected person will be responsible for the monitoring, analysis, and control of construction costs, contributing to the optimization of resources and the achievement of the economic objectives of the projects.

If you have experience in civil works and are interested in moving toward an analytical role with direct impact on project profitability, we want to meet you!

  • Elaboration and monitoring of the construction budget, controlling deviations and proposing corrective measures.

  • Cost analysis and preparation of periodic reports for the economic monitoring of projects.

  • Support in the economic planning of the works, aligning costs, deadlines, and resources.

  • Identification and evaluation of economic risks, proposing mitigation strategies.

  • Control and validation of certifications, production, and associated costs.

  • Preparation of reports for the Management and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Monitoring of key cost and profitability indicators (KPIs).

  • Coordination with construction teams, planning, procurement, and finance to ensure the consistency of economic information.

  • Participation in the continuous improvement of cost control and reporting processes.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar.

  • 3-5 years of experience in cost control functions on civil works construction projects.

  • Previous on-site experience is a plus.

  • Handling of cost control and planning tools (Presto, advanced Excel, MS Project, or others).

  • Knowledge of construction processes and economic analysis of projects.
