We are looking for a Junior Site Manager specialized in High-Voltage (HV) Lines and Substations (Andalusia, Balearic Islands, and Zaragoza)

• Technical management and project representation.
• Coordination between the technical office, client, and contractors.
• Monitoring of schedule, costs, and quality.

• Scheduling (MS Project or similar).
• Control of certifications, milestones, and progress.
• Compliance with regulations, health and safety, and quality.
• Document management and client reporting.
• Resolution of technical issues from the office.
• At least one year of experience in construction sites.

Scope: Technical office + occasional site visits

Buscamos un/a Director/a de Obra junior especializado/a en Líneas de Alta Tensión (AT) y Subestaciones ( Andalucía, Islas Baleares y Zaragoza)

• Dirección facultativa y representación técnica del proyecto.
• Coordinación entre oficina técnica, cliente y contratistas.
• Seguimiento de planificación, costes y calidad.

• Planificación (MS Project o similar).
• Control de certificaciones, hitos y avances.
• Cumplimiento normativo, PRL y calidad.
• Gestión documental y reporting a cliente.
• Resolución de incidencias técnicas desde oficina.
• Al menos un año de experiencia en Obra.

Ámbito: Oficina técnica + visitas puntuales a obra
