The role

From Page Personnel, we are looking for an international leading company in its sector for a Foreman of Electric Transmission Lines to supervise and coordinate the execution of projects for the construction and maintenance of electric transmission lines.

What you'll do

The selected person will be the operational reference in the field, ensuring the proper development of work, coordination of teams and resources, as well as compliance with planning, quality standards, and safety regulations.

FUNCTIONS:

Supervise and coordinate daily work on site.
Organize and distribute tasks among work teams and subcontractors.
Coordinate the receipt, control, and management of materials and machinery.
Monitor the progress of the work according to the established schedule.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental procedures.
Detect and report incidents, proposing solutions to minimize their impact.
Control team performance and the proper execution of tasks.
Act as a liaison between site personnel and project management.
Prepare progress reports and collaborate on work planning.
