• Technically supervise installations across all phases: design, execution, and service.
• Ensure compliance with projects and specific regulations (RITE, REBT, etc.).
• Verify materials and equipment, ensuring quality and conformity.
• Coordinate with installers and specialized companies.
• Monitor testing and commissioning activities.
• Prepare compliance reports and oversee certifications and regulatory bulletins.
• Support the final acceptance of installations.

• Education: Industrial Engineering, Technical Industrial Engineering, Degree in Industrial Technologies, or Higher Vocational Training in installations.
• Experience: At least 3 years in supervision or execution of building installations.
• Technical skills:
• Regulations: RITE, REBT, and other applicable standards.
• Experience in BIM environments for installations will be valued.
• Languages: A high level of English will be valued.
• Other: Valid B driver's license.

• Supervisar técnicamente las instalaciones en todas las fases: diseño, ejecución y servicio.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de proyectos y normativas específicas (RITE, REBT, etc.).
• Verificar materiales y equipos, asegurando calidad y conformidad.
• Coordinar con instaladores y empresas especializadas.
• Realizar seguimiento de pruebas y puestas en marcha.
• Elaborar informes de conformidad y controlar certificaciones y boletines reglamentarios.
• Apoyar en la recepción final de instalaciones.

• Formación: Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Técnica Industrial, Grado en Tecnologías Industriales o FP Superior en instalaciones.
• Experiencia: Al menos 3 años en supervisión o ejecución de instalaciones en edificación.
• Conocimientos técnicos:
• Normativas: RITE, REBT y otras aplicables.
• Se valorará experiencia en entornos BIM para instalaciones.
• Idiomas: Se valorará nivel alto de inglés.
• Otros: Permiso de conducir B.
