  • Weekly preparation of the aging report and monitoring of balances.
  • Monitoring and management of outstanding invoices and claiming overdue invoices from customers.
  • Quarterly calculation of the provision for bad debts.
  • Month-end closing tasks related to percentage-of-completion projects (sales entries, project settlement, percentage-of-completion calculation, etc.)
  • Monthly monitoring of actual and purchase (committed) surpluses.
  • Project analysis (profitability analysis, revenue, progress, WIP per project, etc.).
