Transformation and Projects Office Manager

The mission of the Management Office is to control the execution of the proper governance of the Cosmos Program, from monitoring the Operations and Payments scope, coordinating needs across the different scopes, managing the relationship with Cosmos management areas (functional and technical Design Authorities, second line of defense, audit, etc.) and generating management information for both the Means Committee and the Governance Bodies (Management Committee, Board Committees and Board of Directors). In particular, its functions will be, for all projects in the assigned COSMOS scope:

Accompany and/or manage end-to-end one or more projects or programs (definition, methodology, design, execution management, project outcomes and measurement) by directing, coordinating and guiding the internal/external resources assigned to them, ensuring success in terms of time, quality and expectations.

• Coordinate and ensure the overall strategic vision, exercising cross-functional leadership and influencing capability.
• Guarantee and execute the governance framework.
• Ensure the application of the common Cosmos methodology for project implementation.
• Carry out and drive the monitoring and traction of project progress: milestones, KPIs and co-responsibilities.
• Act as an integration point between the different scopes and corporate areas, driving agreements and facilitating the resolution of dependencies and blockers to ensure the execution of the plan.
• Control and consolidate project progress reports.
• Supervise and aggregate the allocation of resources, both internal and external.
• Supervise and consolidate economic management: budget and suppliers.
• Identify risks, impacts and dependencies in advance, promoting action plans and executive escalations when necessary.
• Manage governance and project documentation: designs, functional specifications and testing.
• Provide direct support to the management of the assigned Cosmos scope.
• Coordinate and support multidisciplinary teams and the teams assigned by the Cosmos governance bodies (Functional Design Authority, Technical Design Authority).
• Collaborate with the functional areas that must co-lead or participate in the definition and execution of projects.

• +10 years of experience in the definition, execution and management of technology projects
• Extensive experience with different methodologies for managing and executing technology projects
• Thorough knowledge of CaixaBank's organization

La misión de la Gerencia es realizar el control de la ejecución del gobierno adecuado del Programa Cosmos desde el seguimiento del Ámbito Operaciones y Pagos, la coordinación de las necesidades entre los distintos Ámbitos, la gestión de la relación con las áreas de gestión de Cosmos (Design Authorities funcional y técnicas, segunda línea de defensa, auditoria, …) y la generación de información de gestión tanto para el Comité de Medios como para los Órganos de Gobierno (Comité de Dirección, Comisiones del Consejo y Consejo de Administración). En particular sus funciones serán, para todos los proyectos del Ámbito COSMOS asignado:

Acompañar y/o gestionar E2E uno o varios proyectos o programas (definición, metodología, diseño, gestión de ejecución, resultado de los proyectos y medición) dirigiendo, coordinando y orientando los recursos internos/externos asignados a los mismos, garantizando el éxito en términos de tiempos, calidad y expectativas.

• Coordinar y asegurar la visión estratégica global, ejerciendo liderazgo transversal y capacidad de influencia.
• Garantizar y ejecutar el marco de gobernanza.
• Asegurar la aplicación de la metodología común Cosmos para la implementación de los proyectos.
• Realizar y dinamizar el seguimiento y la tracción del avance de los proyectos: hitos, KPIs y corresponsabilidades.
• Actuar como punto de integración entre los distintos ámbitos y áreas corporativas, impulsando acuerdos y facilitando la resolución de dependencias y bloqueos para garantizar la ejecución del plan.
• Controlar y consolidar los reportes de progreso de los proyectos.
• Supervisar y agregar la asignación de recursos, tanto internos como externos.
• Supervisar y consolidar la gestión económica: presupuesto y proveedores.
• Identificar de forma anticipada riesgos, impactos y dependencias, promoviendo planes de acción y escalados ejecutivos cuando sea necesario.
• Gestionar la documentación de gobierno y de los proyectos: diseños, funcionales y pruebas.
• Brindar soporte directo a la Dirección del ámbito Cosmos asignado.
• Coordinar y apoyar a equipos multidisciplinares y a los equipos asignados por los órganos de gobierno de Cosmos (Design Authority Funcional, Design Authority Técnica).
• Colaborar con las áreas funcionales que deban coliderar o participar en la definición y ejecución de los proyectos.
