The Digital Assets Directorate drives the definition, development, and implementation of new capabilities, products, and services based on distributed ledger technologies (DLT) and digital assets, contributing to the evolution of the business model and the transformation of the Group's financial services.

We are looking to hire a Digital Assets Product Manager, with a strong orientation toward execution and the ability to transform business opportunities into real solutions, participating in strategic initiatives from their conceptualization to their production launch.

The selected person will be part of a specialized team that works transversally with the business, strategy, technology, risk, compliance, and legal advisory areas to drive the development and adoption of innovative products and services within the digital assets ecosystem.

The main areas of focus include:

  • Development of products, services, and business models based on digital assets and DLT technology.
  • Driving initiatives related to tokenization, digital payment instruments, settlement infrastructures, and custody services.
  • Identification and evaluation of business opportunities linked to the evolution of digital markets and ecosystems.
  • Definition and launch of pilots, proofs of concept, and MVPs aimed at validating new capabilities.
  • Coordination of transversal initiatives with business, technology, risk, and compliance teams.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Leading digital asset initiatives from the opportunity identification phase through to their implementation and evolution.
  • Defining value propositions, business cases, success metrics, and operating models associated with the initiatives.
