Farm Manager

Being part of an expanding agricultural project within an established company, with real autonomy to make technical decisions and a direct impact on the result of every campaign.

• Degree in Agricultural/Agronomic Engineering, Higher Vocational Training in agriculture, or equivalent.

• 3-5 years of experience in agricultural farms, field coordination, and team management.

• Knowledge of irrigation/fertigation, machinery, phytosanitary products, agricultural OSH, and yield control.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel and agricultural planning and management tools.

• A planning, organized, rigorous, and results-oriented profile, with analytical capacity and the ability to resolve incidents on the fly.

Crop planning
You will design the irrigation, fertilization, treatment, and harvesting calendar, and you will be on the ground at the crop to anticipate any deviations.

Team leadership
You will coordinate permanent staff, seasonal staff, and external companies, setting priorities and supporting your team's performance in the field.

Resources and machinery
You will supervise the efficient use of water, machinery, and facilities, anticipating maintenance and replacement needs.

Quality and sustainability
You will ensure traceability, safety (OSH/PPE), and good environmental practices at every phase of the process.
