We are looking for a SAP Project Analyst/Consultant profile with experience in the retail sector who has the perfect balance between functional business knowledge and solid technical background to act as the interface between business teams and technical/development consulting teams.

  • Analysis and Identification of Needs:Listen to, analyze, and deeply understand the requirements and challenges that arise across different business departments (commercial, operations, finance, etc.).

  • Translation and Definition of Projects:Transform business needs into clear functional requirements, use cases, and concrete technical projects or tasks, establishing strategic priorities.

  • Technical/Functional Liaison:Act as a bridge between the business and development teams (internal or external consultants), communicating the changes to be made and defining technical and business criteria to ensure solution alignment. Experience in configuration and some knowledge of ABAP (debugging) is required.

Requirements

  • Technical Training/Experience:Technical background is essential (Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar, or demonstrable experience in software development / technical consulting).

  • Functional SAP Knowledge:Demonstrable experience working on implementation, migration, or evolution projects withSAP S/4HANA (SD, MM, or FI modules). Experience in SAP environments related to Retail (POS, store back-office) will be especially valued.

  • Store Back-Office Tools

  • Application Development (knowledge of JAVA or ABAP will be valued)

  • Integration (EDICOM-IDOC, APIs)

  • Soft Skills:Strong communication skills, assertiveness, proactivity, and a desire to add value both technologically and from a business perspective.

  • Languages:Intermediate to advanced English (required to interact with international documentation and teams).

  • Location:Residence in Mallorca (or willingness to relocate).
