We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager to co-lead one of our Camper stores in London; a passionate, proactive person aligned with the values of our brand: REAL, IMAGINATIVE, PLAYFUL, and CARING.
As Assistant Store Manager at Camper, your mission will be to work closely with the Store Manager in the execution of all store activities to achieve sales, service, and business growth objectives.
We count on you to offer a complete brand experience to our omnichannel customers, develop the potential of the team, and oversee store operations with the goal of achieving the highest level of customer service and business efficiency.
Customer Experience Management: Our customers are important! You will play a key role in ensuring a high level of satisfaction, offering excellent service, and developing long-term relationships with our customers from an omnichannel perspective.
Team Management: People are one of Camper's main assets! You will assume a co-leadership role within the team, actively participating in selection processes, acting as a trainer and coach, and always leading by example.
Business Results and Efficiency: Optimization is our goal. You will need to support the Store Manager in the efficient management of the point of sale, taking into account business analysis.
Brand Image: Each store represents the culture, values, and principles of the company. You will be responsible for conveying the Camper image to our customers, ensuring a premium image aligned with the company's identity and our ESG principles.
Operational Excellence: In the omnichannel era, operations are fundamental and have a great impact on the entire customer connection chain. You will carry out store operations in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. Good organization leads to greater efficiency.
You are our ideal candidate if:
You are passionate about retail in all its aspects, both in-store and omnichannel.
You have at least 1 year of experience leading teams.
You have flexibility and availability to work full-time.
You prioritize putting the customer at the center and have a strong omnichannel orientation.
You have a great team spirit, lots of energy, and good people management skills.
You are a great communicator, know how to make decisions, and have a clear results orientation.
You foster curiosity, diversity, and collaboration through an innovative mindset.
You speak English fluently. Any other language will be a plus.
You have the legal right to work in Spain without the need for visa sponsorship.
