• Professional Experience: 10+ years of experience, started or developed in business technology consulting, ideally complemented by subsequent experience in the Retail, Fashion or Tech sector.

• People Management: Demonstrable experience in directly leading and developing project management teams or technology consultants.

• Strategic and Business Focus: Pragmatic vision and clear P&L orientation. Ability to translate structured diagnoses into executive decisions with direct financial impact.

• Analytical and Methodological Skills: Mastery of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), process re-engineering and change management.

• Leadership and Influence: Excellent communication and influencing skills at both executive and operational levels. Ability to build consensus and mobilise cross-functional teams.

• Languages: Fluent command of English and Spanish (C1/C2 level).

We are looking for a profile with a solid prior track record in both strategic technology and business consulting who wishes to transition to the client side or consolidate their internal leadership. Their main mission will be to incorporate technology and processes aimed at driving profitable business growth, leading a team of Project Managers in the execution of the digital and operational transformation roadmap of our brands (Camper & Nnormal).

• Strategy and Technology Initiatives: Lead the identification and implementation of innovative technology initiatives and processes aimed at profitable business growth and excellence in the omnichannel model.

• Leadership and Team Management: Direct, mentor and enhance the performance of the area's Project Manager team, ensuring the development of their talent, the efficient prioritisation of resources and the successful delivery of the project portfolio.

• Cross-Functional Project Governance: Establish project management methodologies, transparent governance and key indicators (KPIs/OKRs) for the coordination of strategic initiatives across business units and brands.

• Change Management & Culture: Lead transformation projects ensuring alignment with the group's family culture and values, supporting teams in the adoption of new technologies and working dynamics.

• Organisational Design and Optimisation: Evaluate and restructure operating models and interdepartmental workflows between brands and central corporate areas to simplify structures and ensure their scalability.
