The role

You will be part of the Training Pharmacies team which, integrated into Cantabrialabs Spain, is characterized by its dynamism, technical solvency, collaboration, and orientation toward our customers.

What you'll do

Your main responsibility will be to convey the marketing strategy through comprehensive training for pharmacies.

The functions you will carry out are:

  • Propose, develop, and create presentations, materials, and training resources adapted to the type of training required.
  • Increase the specialization of our client pharmacies, helping to align them with the medical and scientific DNA of the Company.
  • Train and develop the teams of our client pharmacies.
  • Increase the competitiveness of the brands through innovative presentations or special promotional activities.
  • Conduct group training sessions, both digital and in-person, nationwide.
  • Collaborate both in identifying the client's training needs and in enhancing feedback and satisfaction measurement, as well as contributing improvements to the training plan itself.
