STANGEST is seeking a Demand & Supply Planner whose mission, reporting to the Manufacturing and Purchasing Directorate, is to guarantee product availability through the coordinated planning of demand, production and procurement, balancing service level, inventory and costs.
What you'll do
- Prepare and update the forecast with Sales and Marketing, considering historical data, trends, campaigns, and launches.
- Analyze deviations between forecast and actual sales and propose adjustments.
- Convert forecasted demand into production, purchasing, and procurement plans.
- Manage planning parameters: safety stocks, coverage, batches, and lead times.
- Anticipate shortages, excesses, or obsolescence and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain reliable availability dates and monitor orders and receipts.
- Coordinate launches, format changes, and discontinuations with the involved areas.
- Contribute to the improvement of master data, the ERP, and planning processes.
