Secure AI Software Engineer

The role:

We are looking for an innovative Software Engineer to join our secure AI team. Instead of just following a playbook, you'll take responsibility for the integration and microservices architecture that bring our highly secure inference platform to life. Your mission is to implement sophisticated attestation mechanisms, protecting critical model weights and execution boundaries. Responsibilities:

• Program and stabilize microservices, connecting backend data flows with advanced containerized inference execution environments to ensure a continuous data flow.
• Secure Endpoint Development: Design, expose, and optimize stable APIs for protected model ingestion, system lifecycle events, and inference requests.
• Integrate security sidecars and automated provisioning modules that execute asymmetric decryption protocols (e.g., 4096-bit RSA) and cryptographic signature validation to facilitate asset release through attestation.
• Networking and Gateway Routing: Configure low-latency sidecar proxies and API gateways to maintain end-to-end encrypted routes using strict mutual authentication (mTLS).
• Maintain and update cloud-native application configurations (such as Helm charts) to orchestrate isolated container environments across distributed execution clusters.

Requirements:

• Core Systems Programming: Professional fluency in Python, Rust, or C/C++ applied to performant backend services, API frameworks, or system microservices.
• DevOps & Automation Agility: Familiarity constructing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) automated pipelines, container orchestration scripts, and automated validation frameworks to facilitate continuous software updates.

Nice to have:

• Applied Cryptography Fundamentals: Knowledge of digital certificate management, public key infrastructure (PKI), asymmetric encryption tools (GPG), and transport security protocols (TLS 1.3/mTLS).
• Hardware Security Basics: Conceptual or practical familiarity with Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs), confidential computing isolation, or remote attestation concepts.
• Cloud-Native AI Frameworks: Practical experience working with high-performance inference engines and serving frameworks (such as vLLM or KServe) in containerized environments.

Salary range:

• The expected base salary for the position is between €40,000 and €55,000; the actual salary will be proportional to the candidate's experience, skills, and location.

Responsabilidades:

• Redes y Enrutamiento de Puerta de Enlace: Configurar proxies sidecar de baja latencia y puertas de enlace API para mantener rutas cifradas de extremo a extremo utilizando autenticación mutua estricta (mTLS).
• Mantener y actualizar las configuraciones de aplicaciones nativas de la nube (como Helm charts) para orquestar entornos de contenedores aislados en clústeres de ejecución distribuidos.

Rango salarial:
