What we're looking for
- Proven experience with at least one leading MES platform (preferably Siemens OpCenter; also AVEVA MES/SP, Parsec TrakSYS, or Delmia Apriso).
- Strong knowledge of MES/MOM, industrial automation, and IIoT architectures from a functional perspective.
- Experience in global deployment programs and Core Model management across multiple plants.
- Consulting skills: requirements management, UAT, and support during transformation processes.
Languages
- Fluent in Spanish and English.

We are looking for an MES Consultant with extensive experience in industrial environments to join digital transformation projects. The selected candidate will be a key player in the definition, construction, deployment, and continuous improvement of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and plant teams. A solid functional and technical vision will be valued, as well as experience in international programs and complex manufacturing environments.
What you'll do
- Leading scoping activities, requirements gathering, and functional design of MES/MOM solutions in collaboration with clients.
- Managing end-to-end MES deployments, including configuration, testing, and user validation (UAT), ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
- Driving the integration of MES platforms with the IT ecosystem (ERP, PLM, quality systems, and IIoT).
- Conducting plant visits to gather operational requirements, validate designs, and ensure alignment with production realities.
- Coordinating multi-site deployment programs, defining and applying global Core Model strategies.
Requirements
- Ability to work in international environments and coordinate distributed teams across different locations and time zones.
