What we're looking for

Key requirements:

Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in SAP BTP, including:
SAP AI Core and SAP AI Launchpad (training, deployment, and management of models)
SAP Generative AI Hub (use of LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models)
SAP HANA Cloud, especially Vector Engine (embeddings and semantic search / RAG)
Solid knowledge of Python applied to AI/ML, with experience in libraries such as:
scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face
Knowledge of GenAI / LLMs applied to business
Familiarity with MLOps, including versioning, monitoring, and model governance

Nice to have

Experience with CAP or ABAP Cloud
Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite
Use of DevOps tools and practices:
Git, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Docker, Kubernetes (Kyma)
SAP certifications (e.g., BTP Extension Developer, AI Associate)
Experience in MLOps and AI governance (ethics, privacy, EU AI Act)
Knowledge of S/4HANA and business processes (finance, logistics, HR)
