About the role

We are looking for a Technical Reference PHP with at least five years of experience in software development projects for the French public sector, with a fluent level of French, a strong passion for technology and an interest in being part of a highly technical talent system, in a multicultural environment and an active, dynamic culture with an open mindset.

  • Carry out technology monitoring and drive the adoption of new technologies, tools and methodologies that add value to projects and the team.
  • Advise and support Product Owners in assessing technical challenges and impacts, facilitating decision-making and the definition of viable and scalable solutions.
  • Technical leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to developers, ensuring best practices in coding and design. Help the team identify pending work in a project and promote good practices
