Requirements
What we're looking for
To feel comfortable in this position, you should be proficient in:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Aeronautical, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- Experience in software requirements analysis and definition.
- Experience using requirements management tools such as DOORS or similar.
- Ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented manner.
- Basic knowledge of human-machine interfaces (HMI).
- Knowledge of systems engineering and functional analysis.
- Advanced English, both oral and written (C1 level).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of avionics systems.
- Experience in embedded systems environments.
- Knowledge of communication buses and protocols used in critical systems.
- Knowledge of aeronautical software development standards and processes.
- Experience in critical software environments and regulations such as DO-178C.
- Experience in traceability management and requirements configuration.

The role
What you'll do
We are looking for a Software Requirements Engineer to join a technological project in the aeronautical sector. The selected person will participate in the analysis, definition, and management of software requirements for embedded systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary and international teams.
Their main responsibility will be to transform functional specifications and system requirements into high-quality software requirements, guaranteeing consistency, traceability, and compliance with established development standards.
The person joining will be responsible for:
- Analysis of functional specifications and system requirements.
- Elaboration and maintenance of software requirements.
- Guaranteeing traceability between system, software, and validation requirements.
- Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation and requirement baselines.
- Collaboration with development, integration, validation, and systems teams.
- Participation in technical reviews and quality assurance activities.
- Management and updating of documentation associated with the software lifecycle.
