Document Management PMO

To feel comfortable in this position, you should be proficient in:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial projects.
• Knowledge of document management, deliverable control, and project documentation monitoring.
• Minimum B2 English level for managing documentation and communications in international environments.
• Organizational capacity, attention to detail, and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.

Do you feel like joining the team and participating in a project within the industrial/naval sector? You will be part of a multidisciplinary program management team, collaborating with engineering, planning, and coordination areas to ensure correct document management and project communications. Your objective will be to guarantee control, traceability, and the efficient flow of information throughout the program lifecycle.

• Define, maintain, and update the program's Document Management Plan.
• Manage version control and ensure the traceability of project documentation.
• Monitor contractual deliverables and associated documentary milestones.
• Prepare meeting minutes and maintain the record of decisions and follow-up actions.
• Manage the program's external communications, including the filing and control of correspondence.

Location: Puerto Real and San Fernando (Cádiz).
