You will be part of the workshop team and will participate in the repair, replacement, and recalibration of vehicle glass, following the technical, quality, and safety procedures established by Carglass®.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Perform repairs and replacements of automotive glass.

• Use technical tools and equipment following defined procedures.

• Maintain service quality, safety, and order in the workshop.

• Attend to customers in a close, clear, and professional manner.

• Explain the work performed and resolve basic doubts related to the service.

• Detect additional customer needs and recommend solutions in an honest and natural way.

• Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure good organization of the center and an excellent customer experience.

For our service center in Zamora, we are looking to hire a Workshop Technician.

This is a role suited to people with manual skills, a customer-focused attitude, a willingness to learn and a commitment to doing the job well. You don't need previous experience in the glass sector to succeed in this position: if you meet the requirements of the role and bring the right attitude, motivation, aptitude for manual work and a desire to grow, previous specific experience will not be an issue.

During your onboarding, you will receive complete training at one of our training centers, where you will learn the procedures, tools and knowledge needed to perform the role safely, with quality and confidence.

We are looking for a person with a positive attitude, responsibility and a desire to grow in a technical and service-oriented environment.

We would like you to bring:

• Experience or skill in manual work, assembly, repair, tools, or technical environments.

• Interest in learning a technical specialty linked to the automotive sector.

• Order, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.

• Ability to work at pace, adapt to changes, and maintain quality even during periods of high activity.

• Good customer service and the ability to communicate clearly.

• Teamwork, collaboration, and a positive attitude.

• Driver's license.

Previous experience in automotive, mechanics, bodywork and painting, glass fitting or similar roles will be positively valued, although it is not essential.
