At Carglass® we are specialists in the repair, replacement and recalibration of vehicle glass. Our goal is to offer an expert, close and effective service, helping our customers get back on the road safely and confidently.

For our Zaragoza service center, we are looking to hire a Workshop Manager. This is a key position to lead daily activity, coordinate the team, guarantee service quality, and contribute to operational and commercial results.

During your onboarding, you will have a training plan to learn our procedures, tools, quality standards, and service model, facilitating your integration and providing a clear vision of how we work at Carglass®.

As Workshop Manager, you will lead the center's activity and will be a reference for the team, the customers, and the organization.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Coordinate daily activity, planning services, resources, and times.

• Lead, support, and develop the team, fostering a collaborative, safe, and results-oriented environment.

• Guarantee the application of technical, administrative, quality, and safety procedures.

• Ensure an excellent customer experience, offering solutions aligned with Carglass® standards.

• Monitor key indicators and drive improvements.

• Manage administrative tasks related to services, documentation, insurance companies, warehouse, and internal processes.

• Participate, when necessary, in technical repair, replacement, or operational support tasks.

• Detect commercial opportunities and promote solutions that add value to the customer.

• Guarantee the order, safety, quality, and correct functioning of the workshop.

We are looking for a person with operational leadership, customer orientation, organizational capacity, and commitment to team development.
