What we're looking for
In the Finance and Insurance team, we are looking for a Sales Agent profile to work in the Córdoba Hypermarket, whose objective will be to provide telephone customer service for the sale and advisory of financial and insurance products.
The position entails the need to provide commercial skills, which will be important to perform the role successfully.
Functions:
Telephone customer service
Sale of Carrefour financial products and insurance
Perform invoicing and collection processes
Administrative management of requests and incident resolution
Availability for morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Sunday, customer service and sale of financial products (loans, cards, insurance, financing, etc.)
Previous experience advising, serving, and selling financial products in person/over the phone.
