What are we looking for?

SRE E‑Commerce ensures that the designed products and services function in production as expected, accompanying the entire life cycle in a DevOps model.

Main functions:
Knowing the business and understanding its needs, creating communication tools and processes to improve service perception.

Monitoring operations with a focus on continuous improvement.

Generation of new support tools for internal customers.

Optimization of the eCommerce platform to satisfy customer needs.

Implementation of new processes and methodologies that increase the effectiveness of internal teams.

Fostering transversality between different departments.

Training and communication actions, promoting the adoption of new technologies.

Optimization of resource use to meet objectives.

Technological and process innovation to increase profitability.

We would love to meet you if you have:
Education: University studies in computer science or similar

Experience: 6 years.

Language: English B2.

Technical knowledge:

Infrastructure and operations.

Cloud: GCP, Azure.

ELK, Kibana, Ansible.

Python, Java.

Containers, Docker, Openshift, Kubernetes.

GIT, Jenkins.

Commerce, ATG, Endeca.

Nginx, JBoss, Apache.

APIs, Webservices.
