Real Estate Management Control Manager

Carrefour Property, the real estate subsidiary of the Carrefour Group, is the company that develops, optimizes, and manages the Group's real estate assets in France, Spain, and Italy. We are looking for a REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT CONTROL MANAGER with the objective of acting as key support in the management of extraordinary assessments (CapEx and OpEx) for both owned assets and those where Carrefour is a tenant. Their role consists of performing complete monitoring, supporting the tracking of authorizations for extraordinary works from their origin to the activation of final capex, including the calculation of new common expense fees when necessary. Perform the analysis and validation of extraordinary assessments and expenses.

What will your functions be?

-Responsible for the operational tasks of the new contract in centers where Carrefour is a tenant, ensuring the introduction and validation of common expense and CapEx budgets.

●Control and Monitoring of Third-Party Assessments: Analyzes and validates extraordinary assessments and expenses rebilled to Carrefour by external owners, ensuring they strictly adhere to current agreements.

-Master Data Management in SAP: Responsible for the receipt, documentary validation, and direct administrative registration of third-party owner master data (Tax IDs, corporate changes) in the corporate SAP system.

-Documentary Analysis of Operations: Reviews Bylaws, Internal Regulations, Horizontal Property Division, and community meeting minutes to ensure and safeguard the company's recognized rights.
