What we're looking for

Carrefour Property, the real estate subsidiary of the Carrefour Group, is the company that develops, optimizes, and manages the Group's real estate assets in France, Spain, and Italy. Specializing in the creation of commercial fabric, Carrefour Property capitalizes on the strength of the Carrefour brand to create new commercial hubs.

We are currently looking for a Regional Shopping Center Manager with the objective of guaranteeing and ensuring the optimal operation of the Centers assigned in the North zone of Spain, to provide an excellent customer journey (shopping experience) using the provided budget management tools and maintaining a correct relationship with Service providers. To watch over and be the guarantor of the correct Real Estate management of the Asset, based on the guidelines set by the Shopping Center Management, seeking the Balance between customer service and cost optimization.

Functions:

-Carrying out periodic visits to the Assets, coordinating the centers and the Service companies, to guarantee the correct operation of the Shopping Center.
-Carrying out and monitoring the budget to analyze and optimize the costs of the centers in their portfolio, alerting to budget deviations and including corrective measures.
-Implementation of action plans to guarantee the correct fulfillment of the budget, proposing any optimization that improves each line of the budget.
-Planning and developing owners' meetings: convening, preparing, and presenting them, together with the Shopping Center Manager to guarantee they are carried out correctly, ensuring the representation of all parties involved.
-Applying the decisions of the Owners' Meeting and carrying out the distribution of tasks coordinated with the SC Managers, Service companies, and other collaborators of the Management.
-Day-to-day management in the centers: Guaranteeing compliance, the good maintenance of the shopping center, and the good reception of the customer.
-Guaranteeing an optimal shopping experience for our Customers, contributing new ideas and innovations that allow us to differentiate ourselves from our Competitors.

We would love to meet you if you have:

-Degree in Higher Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
-2 years of experience in similar positions.
-Intermediate-high level English.

-SQL Databases and Data Mining.
