eCommerce Internship (Quick Commerce)

Are you passionate about e-commerce and do you want to learn how Quick Commerce works in a leading multinational?

In this internship, you will be part of the Q-Commerce (Quick Commerce) division, supporting the operations of the Delivery business and ensuring the fluidity of processes and communication between our franchises and the main platforms in the sector, such as Uber Eats, Glovo, and Just Eat.

Learning opportunities:

With the support and guidance of the area team, you will train and provide support in:

Operational partner management: Fluid coordination between franchises and delivery platforms (Uber Eats, Glovo, Just Eat).

Billing control: Collection of invoices, sales records for each partner, and control of returns attributed to order preparation errors.

Data reconciliation: Use of reconciliation tools to identify deviations, discrepancies in data sources, and analysis of unreconciled orders.

Logistics and equipment: Processing and requesting materials necessary for store operations (mobile devices, SIM cards).

Incident and schedule management: Recording and controlling incidents reported by stores or Support, as well as the monthly update of service hours on the Delivery platforms.

Operational monitoring: Continuous control and reporting of the status of completed tasks.

Current studies: University students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration (ADE), Digital Business and Innovation, Digital Business, or Ecommerce (it is an essential requirement to maintain active enrollment to sign the internship agreement).

Languages: English (upper-intermediate level). Knowledge of French will be positively valued.
