What you'll do

What you will do...

You will be an active part of the operational and contractual management of our strategic clients at a national level, ensuring compliance with framework agreements and providing direct support to the sales team.

Key account order management: Process and track high-volume orders through ERP, EDI systems, and client platforms, ensuring compliance with service agreements.
Operational support for corporate clients: Channel and resolve administrative issues with purchasing, finance, and supplier management departments at headquarters.
Support for the national accounts team: Prepare sales reports, consolidate data for periodic business reviews, and gather documentation for tenders and renewals.
Master data maintenance: Update corporate structures, headquarters, subsidiaries, delivery points, and contractual conditions in CRM and ERP.
