Requirements
What we're looking for
Are you passionate about the world of Real Estate and the Retail sector? Do you want to learn how large shopping centers are managed and enhanced? We are looking for talent eager to grow, learn, and bring freshness to our Marketing and Specialty Leasing department.
Internships would begin in September.
In your day-to-day, you will work hand in hand with the Marketing Management and provide support in the management and optimization of our owned commercial premises. You will learn how to achieve the best profitability and attract the top operators in the market.
Your learnings:
Marketing Support: Collaborate in the search and acquisition of the best operators for our premises, always prioritizing the excellent image, solvency, and sales potential of the brands.
Annual Plan Execution: Actively participate in the development and monitoring of the annual marketing plan designed for each shopping center.
Contractual Management: Provide support in the contract renewal processes with current operators.
Financial Control: Support the control and monitoring of debt, as well as the management of bonuses, ensuring compliance with established budgets.
Students in their final year or postgraduate in Business, ADE, Finance, etc.
Knowledge of management tools
