To guarantee reliable financial analysis that allows the commercial team and management to make strategic decisions based on data. The role focuses on validating commercial conditions, ensuring the correct calculation of rebates and rappels, monitoring compliance with supplier agreements, and supporting the monitoring of margins and the annual budget.
Functions:
Drift and cascade validation — Verify signed volumes, negotiated improvements, and the correct construction of the cascade compared to the previous year.
Price and contract validation — Confirm that price evolution and the negotiated assortment comply with what was signed by Eureca Trading.
Monitoring of commercial agreements — Monitor actual purchases vs. signed conditions, rebates, and rappels.
Master data maintenance — Audit and ensure that economic conditions are correctly loaded into Appsheet.
Provision of rebates — Calculate and propose provisions for discount income, guaranteeing their correct impact on the P&L.
Communication with countries — Consolidate and communicate discount income to local finance teams and resolve discrepancies.
Commercial margin analysis — Identify gaps between theoretical and real margins, analyzing causes by country, supplier, and negoscope.
Control of critical suppliers — Detect suppliers with the worst evolution and support action plans.
Reporting to management — Prepare dashboards and executive reports for the CFO and Commercial Management.
Support in annual budget — Model rappel income and volume estimates.
Monthly budget monitoring — Analyze monthly deviations in purchases and rebate income.
Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
Experience: 1–2 years in controlling, auditing, or financial analysis.
Languages: Fluent English; Spanish and French are highly valued.
Tools: Advanced Excel, BI, ERP (SAP as a plus).
Competencies: Analytical rigor, organization, autonomy, and communication for Business Partnering.
