What you'll do
- Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
- Analyze and propose accounting provisions under IFRS regulations.
- Analyze variances between actual results and budget, proposing corrective actions.
- Prepare high-quality financial reports for Management and the Group.
- Support decision-making through profitability analysis, scenario modeling, and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with commercial and operational areas to align financial strategy with the business.

- Education: University degree in Business Administration and Finance or similar.
- Experience: At least 6 years of solid experience in Management Control positions.
- Knowledge: Management control, financial reporting, and financing management.
- Languages: High level of English (essential) and French (valuable).
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel (required).
- Intermediate SQL.
- Knowledge of Python (a plus).
- Competencies: Critical thinking, strong analytical skills, and a problem-solving orientation.
