We are looking for an O&M Manager for Photovoltaic Plants to join our team. Your main mission will be to lead the control, monitoring, and optimization of the solar installations located at our centers.

What will your main challenges be?
1. Energy Monitoring and Optimization
Supervise plant production in real time and manage the alarm system.
Analyze actual performance against predicted solar irradiation and adapt the center's consumption curve to minimize energy surpluses.
Integrate photovoltaic monitoring with the existing home automation systems (BMS) in the stores to achieve unified and efficient management.
2. Operations and Maintenance (O&M)
Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance plans, guaranteeing maximum annual production parameters.
Manage both internal staff and subcontracted companies for on-site works.
Define the technical specifications for installation and photovoltaic control services.
3. Administrative Management and Reporting
Supervise meter readings, analyze historical data, and ensure correct energy billing.
Prepare and send evolution and performance reports to the involved departments.
Ensure and follow up on the administrative procedures required by official bodies.
What profile are we looking for?
Education: Industrial Technical Engineering, Degree in Energy Engineering, or similar.
Experience: Minimum 2 demonstrable years in O&M tasks for photovoltaic plants.
Hard Skills: Solid knowledge of electrical installations, home automation, and photovoltaic control systems such as Meteocontrol, iSolarCloud, and FusionSolar.
Digital Skills: Proficiency working in the Google Workspace environment.
Soft Skills: Ability to work in a team, analytical mindset, and results orientation.
