What we're looking for

At Grupo Carrefour, we know that the success of our hypermarkets depends on impeccable infrastructure. Therefore, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager for our hypermarkets in the Community of Madrid. If you have the ability to transform technical management into operational efficiency, optimize resources, and lead dealings with key suppliers, we want you to be the engine of our facilities.

Your main challenges and areas of impact:

●Guarantee the optimal performance of the facilities by leading the preventive and corrective maintenance strategy through CMMS systems.

●Control and optimize overhead costs (energy, water), maximizing the center's profitability without compromising service quality.

●Direct and evaluate external maintenance companies (industrial refrigeration, HVAC, fire protection systems), ensuring compliance with the highest standards.

●Business vision: Act as a strategic partner to Management, preparing deviation analysis reports, proposing the annual investment plan (CAPEX), and monitoring the asset life cycle.

●Prepare reports and hold meetings with Management to analyze budget deviations, the annual investment proposal, and asset monitoring.

We would love to meet you if you have:
●A higher degree in Technical Engineering specializing in Electricity or Energy Engineering, or Intermediate Vocational Training or Higher Vocational Training related to the sector.
●Specific knowledge in Electrical Installations, HVAC systems, and industrial refrigeration.
●Previous experience in a similar position.
●Schedule flexibility.
●Leadership and teamwork skills.
●Attention to detail and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary and productive environment.
