The role

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager for a leading company in the cosmetics industry, located in Madrid. The main objective of the position is to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and facilities through the planning and supervision of maintenance activities.

What you'll do

Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Lead the team of mechanics
Perform format changes, automation, and process improvement
Supervise the maintenance team to ensure the achievement of objectives.
Start up machinery and the plant
Manage the budgets allocated to the maintenance department.
Manage relationships with external suppliers and contractors.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
Implement improvements in processes and equipment to optimize efficiency.
Prepare periodic reports on the condition of facilities and equipment.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the proper functioning of operations.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment.
Ability to manage work teams.
Experience in the cosmetics or packaging sector, performing maintenance functions
Knowledge of safety and quality regulations in the FMCG sector.
Ability to implement improvements in processes and equipment.
