The role

At Avanza, a leading company in the passenger transport sector, we are looking to hire a Maintenance and Facilities Manager to ensure the proper functioning of maintenance management in the Business Unit, guaranteeing the availability, safety, and optimal condition of the facilities and fleet, as well as operational efficiency through the management of KPIs, resources, and consumption, in line with corporate policies, located at our workplace in Viladecans (Barcelona).

What you'll do

What will your job involve?

Supervising comprehensive maintenance management (ERP, records, administrative control, and activity monitoring).
Ensuring the proper condition, safety, and availability of facilities (electrical systems, HVAC, fire protection systems, chargers, fuel stations, etc.).
Controlling and optimizing energy and fuel consumption, as well as fleet usage (kilometers, refueling).
Managing the inventory of fuel islands.
Coordinating and resolving technical incidents, both with in-house teams and external suppliers.
Ensuring compliance with current regulations applicable to facilities and equipment.
Analyzing KPIs and proposing improvement actions in processes and efficiency.
Managing the area's budget, controlling costs and variances.
Maintaining communication with the client to ensure compliance with service requirements (fleet, cleaning, stops, etc.).
Leading the administrative team of the area, organizing shifts, vacations, and professional development.
Coordinating with other areas and the corporate maintenance team.
