At Carrefour Spain, we are looking to hire a Regional Maintenance Manager who is passionate about operational excellence. Your main mission will be to guarantee the optimal condition of our centers and facilities in our stores (Community of Madrid, Canary Islands, and Balearic Islands), ensuring their perfect functioning, budget optimization, and the best experience for our customers.
Your main functions will be:
●Field supervision: Periodically visit the stores in your area to guarantee the excellent condition and functioning of the facilities and assets.
●Incident management: Provide direct support to stores and agilely resolve any technical or maintenance incidents.
●Financial control: Guarantee compliance and optimization of the budget in all items under your responsibility.
●Legal and administrative management: Lead management with city councils and public organisms to ensure regulatory compliance and the obtaining of licenses.
●Supplier coordination: Control and supervise external suppliers, maintenance companies, and engineering firms, ensuring the quality and deadlines of the assigned works.
●Technical documentation: Prepare and manage the technical documentation necessary for both daily operations and renovation projects.
●Team leadership: Train, guide, and monitor the objectives of the Maintenance Manager team in your area, driving their development and the professionalization of the area.
●Location: Residence in Madrid or surroundings, with mobility to the Canary Islands or Balearic Islands when necessary.
●Education: Higher Level Vocational Training degree or Engineering (essential).
●Experience: Demonstrable professional career in a similar position, managing works, maintenance, and facilities.
●Availability: Schedule flexibility to adapt to the operational needs of the business.
