About the position

We are looking for an intern for the Procurement and Planning area who will support the Supply Chain team in the daily management of materials and in the monitoring of planning, contributing to ensuring the availability of components and compliance with operational plans. It is an excellent opportunity to acquire a comprehensive view of the supply chain in a dynamic industrial environment.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

As a Procurement & Planning Intern you will actively participate in these activities, among others:

  • Support in the monitoring of purchase orders and control of supplier deliveries
  • Collaboration in the review of material needs and in the updating of planning data
  • Support in the analysis of stocks, coverage, and possible risks of shortages or excess inventory
  • Updating and maintenance of information in management systems (ERP, control sheets, and reports)
  • Support in the preparation of monitoring reports for the planning and procurement team
  • Resolution of invoice issues
  • Issuing of deviations due to shortages and reduction of E&O (due to ECRs, due to demand changes, due to inventory adjustments, due to engineering changes)
  • Sending forecasts to suppliers
  • Generating reports (Lean DNA/SOTD Update/MyVision)
  • Support in the correct updating of Kanban production orders
  • Requesting documentation from teams
  • Updating of procurement and planning metrics
  • Management of PECRs and change dates for the Bill of Materials/PBOM
  • Support in the implementation of supplier Kanban
