Requirements
What we're looking for
- Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, or similar).
- Between 1 and 2 years of experience in functions related to Quality, Technical Customer Service, or similar areas within industrial environments.
- English level B2 (C1 is a plus).
- Good analytical skills and orientation toward problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.

The role
Be part of the Customer Quality team, collaborating in the management of claims and warranties, the monitoring of product incidents, and the analysis of quality data, contributing to continuous improvement and the fulfillment of the plant's quality objectives.
We are looking for a person with experience in quality within an industrial environment, with an interest in developing their career in Customer Quality and Warranties. What you'll do
- Manage and monitor customer claims related to product quality.
- Investigate incidents and coordinate the monitoring of the actions necessary for their resolution.
- Provide support to the warranty process, ensuring correct management and documentation of cases.
- Analyze information coming from warranties, claims, and technical inquiries to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate the receipt and monitoring of components returned by customers for subsequent analysis.
- Manage and update information in the internal quality and warranty systems.
- Prepare reports and monitor the main indicators (KPIs) of the area.
- Collaborate with the different departments involved to ensure an adequate response to customer needs.
