Production Supervisor - Afternoon Shift

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.

• Minimum experience of 2 to 3 years in an industrial environment.

• Demonstrable experience in team management in a production environment.

• English min. B1

The main objective is to ensure compliance with production, quality, safety, and customer delivery targets, while simultaneously driving a culture of continuous improvement.

This position is key to ensuring the operational efficiency of fan coil production, compliance with quality standards, and timely delivery to the customer.

Additionally, the Supervisor will have an active role in the continuous transformation of the plant, driving improvements that contribute to the competitiveness and sustainability of the business.

• Supervise daily production activities of, among others, batteries, electrical panels, and air conditioning machines

• Manage a direct team of 20 to 30 operators, ensuring their performance and development.

• Ensure compliance with production, quality, deadlines, and safety objectives in the plant.

• Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) and lead KAIZEN projects.

• Actively participate in daily production meetings:

  • shift follow-up with the line team.

  • interdepartmental meetings to address results and incidents.

• Coordinate cross-functionally with support departments (maintenance, quality, logistics, etc.).

• Detect and resolve operational deviations proactively.

• Contribute directly to the achievement of the plant's annual objectives through the optimization of processes and resources.
